CLIENT / CrossCountry Mortgage

CrossCountry is a very young company, only 21-years old. They are one of America’s fastest-growing private company growing from 5 people to over 8,000 today. They had built the business on reputation, referrals and word-of-mouth. They had never invested in marketing. As such, they hadn’t developed corporate marketing strategy or a vision, mission and values statement.

 

When we first joined, we wanted to continue the growth by creating and sharing our commitment to shared vision, mission and values. This would rally the entire organization, everyone from corporate, branches, loan officers and field support team.

 

The vision is our north star, pointing us to
where we go next. Our mission is why we exists and why we’re different than our competition. And our values influences our behaviors and drive our daily work, our culture and our success.

 

Vision:

To be the most referred mortgage lender in every community we serve.

we make every mortgage feel like a win.

 

Values:

Be a good teammate. We win more when we work together. 

 

The rollout was big, yet efficient. They pulled in key executives and leadership around the country in a first ever town-hall, built an interactive website, rolled out internal company hashtag, had coordinated collateral drops at homes of every employee and all our branches. This was just the beginning, they continue to educate the leadership on how to have discussions with their teams on how they can live their values every day at CCM.
